All carpets and upholstery are subject to a pre-clean inspection where we will advise you of any stains or discolorations that cannot be treated or removed.
We guarantee our work for 7 days after the date of cleaning based on realistic expectations, the guarantee covers the re-cleaning of any areas where we have not achieved the results we promised you in our pre-clean inspection. Please note , the guarantee does not cover any new stains or re- soiling that have occurred in the 7 day period , the cleaning of any new stains or soiling will be chargeable within the 7 day period. As all carpets, upholstery and the environments they are in differ from one another, drying times quoted are approximate and not covered by any guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our service , we will put it right or refund you for the cleaning of the items you are not happy with .

They can dry on the lower end of the scale if the weather is warm, if there is good ventilation and if we don't have to use too much moisture to get the carpet clean. if the carpets are very heavily soiled and need an intense clean, they could take as long as 36 to 48 hours to dry completely

If your rug is small enough to be easily moved around, then it would be a good idea to put it in a warm place which receives plenty of ventilation, hanging on a washing line or garden furniture outside is a good idea, weather permitting.
