By accepting the work order, the customer agrees to the following terms:
1. CAUTION- Walking from a wet carpet onto a hard surface can be very slippery! For
safety, keep children & pets off recently cleaned carpet for at least 4 hours or until
completely dry. Most of the drying and fibre protection penetration of the carpet, takes place
in the first 4 hrs.
2. To avoid stains or rust spots, please do not put any small items such as lamps, tables,
chairs, etc., back on the carpet until after 24 hours. Do not remove any pads or blocks our
technicians may have placed under furniture until the carpet is completely dry – usually in
48 hours.
3. Rippling can occur under certain conditions even when carpet is properly installed.
Adhesive that holds the backing together can absorb moisture and expand. In most cases,
this rippling will disappear within 72 hours. If it does not, it is due to improper installation
rather than improper cleaning.
4. Some stains are difficult to treat and while every effort is made to treat all stains, we
cannot guarantee complete elimination. Urine or other animal stains can remove the
colour from fibres and such stains cannot be removed. Pet owners should know that an
odour may sometimes result from a fungus that is released upon washing.
5. Client must remove large items such as pianos, beds, safes etc from the area requiring
cleaning or agree to us cleaning around such areas. Breakables and personal items of
irreplaceable or high value must also be removed from the service area and, for safety,
client agrees to notify us and its representatives of any special moving instructions for all
items on premises such as broken or unstable furniture, etc.
5,1 Large corner sofas must be seperated by the customer prior to our arrival or by our request on the day of cleaning if the customer wishes us to clean the carpet underneath and behind where the sofa is located
6. If client or representative of the property is not present during cleaning, specific
details must be discussed prior to the work and approved by the customer ahead of time
along with full payment in advance. A pre-clean inspection will be carried out on the day of
cleaning and photographs of any stains that cannot be removed will be sent to the absent
client or representative for approval and consent to continue with the work, knowing that
these stains cannot be completely removed.
7. Customer’s balance must be paid on completion of the work on the day of cleaning. Bank
transfers must be completed whilst our technicians are still on site. This will prevent us
from having to chase payment which can be unpleasant for us and our clients.
8. Customer must notify us of any cancellation at least 48 hours in advance of appointment,
last minute cancellations will incur a £50 cancellation fee which will be added to any future
booking.
9. Customer will be made aware of our guarantee via a link to our website at the time of
booking. This will be supplied in our standard booking confirmation by text message or
email.
10. Customer will be asked to read our special instructions relating to drying times of
carpets, upholstery and rugs at the time of booking on our website, we will request the
customer to do so via text message or email.
11. Drying times for the individual customers requirements will be discussed in person
during the pre-cleaning inspection on the day of cleaning
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our minimum fee of £90 is applicable under the following circumstances:
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice and/or your
spot is not able to be booked for another customer.
If our technicians arrive at the job site and cannot complete the work due to inaccurate
information provided by the customer at the time of booking.
